Christmas Lights at the Temple

We had so much fun going to see the lights with
Mary Ann and her family. They get prettier every
year. My kids had a blast and Savanna just kept
looking every where. I am not sure she quite got
what was going on. Merry Christmas!!!!

AHHHHHHHH!!!

Okay! So I got repremanded a little for being so behind on my post. My camera is broken so there are no pictures and life has just been a little hectic. Thanksgiving weekend is still a blur. We went out to Buckeye Wednesday evening. This year was with Alan's family and we were able to be at his sister Lanae's for dinner. Friday morning all the sisters decided to try the after Thanksgiving shopping. I swore I would never do it...but I figured it would be fun with all the sisters right? Oh my goodness!! I remember why I don't go. It was CRAZY. The only good part about it was that we got a lot of good chatting time in while we were waiting in lines. Then we came home Friday night and Saturday morning we went to Tucson. The 2A State Championship game was at the U of A stadium and Alan's brother was playing. Of course we can't miss a game :) Right after the game it was straight to St. Johns...Alan's brother Darrin was giving his Farewell talk. He reports today and is going to the New York, New York South spanish speaking mission. Yes...he is going to be in the getto! But if anyone can do it, Darrin can. The weekend actually was great and it was so nice to be cold finally. I mean come on...It is December already! Well, a few days after we got back we got a call from someone wanting to buy our home. So now we are in middle of a possible move. By possible I mean if all the financing works out we will be moving the first of the year. It was supposed to be this weekend...but who wants to move before Christmas anyway! :) So, there it is. My crazy busy life. And to add one more thing...we are going to go to the zoo next weekend in Tucson if anyone wants to come. It will be so fun to get to catch up with friends and see everyone kids. SEE YOU ALL SOON!!

Halloween Fun

Well I am finally back! Alan had to go to Michigan for TWO WEEKS...so I decided to head to Thatcher. We had so much fun getting to be there over Halloween and had a blast with all of the cousins. We were able to go to the pumpkin patch in Wilcox and had a blast! Thanks Steven and Kami!--and CONGRATS! They just found out they are having a girl! I am so excited for them. Also, my parents just got 4 new mini horses and my kids loved them. They really were the perfect size, and JoAnn even got to help train. Uncle Levi said she was a natural! Thanks to everyone who let us impose for that long! It really was great to be around so much family for two whole weeks!

Family Night with the Wahls

We had a barbeque for family home evening
and Savanna loved being outside...She didn't
quite like the grass yet, so she just stayed in
her seat.

Jay and Alan love to just chill....this time they
decided to do it on our back fence!

Let me explain these next two pictures. Jay loves to throw balls
and threw one up on our roof. So of course, Alan just put JoAnn
up on the roof to get it. She loved it until she realized she was
going to have to get down....it took almost 5 minutes to convince
her that Alan wouldn't drop her if she would just jump. Finally
she did...........

It was about right here I had my heart attack!!!

JoAnn and Jay love to push Savanna in her stroller...
this one just happens to by JoAnn's doll stroller! Thank
goodness I have a petite one! :)

All the kids wanted to touch the antelope...and
got pretty dang close!!

Bear with me! I am new at the blog thing. These are pictures of our family this summer up in Greer. My family had our reunion up at a cabin there! While we were there, we saw an antelope and I decided to see how close we could get to it. With 8 kids and me, we got within 200 yards and that thing layed down. It didn't even get back up until we were about 100 yards away and then it slowly took off. The kids had a blast and it was definately something they won't forget..
